Hen's Game - Cupside Down
Contrary to popular belief, the point of games at a hen's party is not to fill the time, or embarrass the bride. What they really do is smash down barriers between the friends of the bride and create more opportunities for the bride tribe to have fun and build friendships. These fun times ultimately lead to a more fun wedding (because less people are only talking to the two people they knew before the party) and build a stronger support network for the bride & groom in their wedded life.
This game is about team building, and laughing together.
Warning: We highly recommend that nobody is wearing heels for this game to prevent over excited sexy people accidentally stabbing someone with a stilletto, or falling arse over tit and breaking themselves.
You'll Need:
- A group of competitive girls who are slightly or very tipsy
- About 50 party cups
- Maybe a prize, but the glory of being able to brag may be enough.
How to Play:
Pick an open space (indoors or outdoors) and scatter 25 cups on the floor standing up, and 25 facing down. Divide your bride tribe into two equal teams - half at one end of the "playing field" and one half at the other.
Read the teams the instructions...
"Excuse me lady faces, it's game time. Team One - your goal is to turn as many cups up as possible, Team two - your goal is turn as many cups down as possible. You have two minutes and may use any means necessary (tickling, distraction, alien abduction etc) to make sure your team has the highest number of cups facing up, or down. Any teams which are lying on their side will be worth 0 points."
And Go!
The ladies proceed to run around like maniacs flipping each others cups in different directions. At the end of the two minutes only one team will be the winner,
If you'd like to keep going, split the winning team up into two groups. If there are odd numbers, one player from the losing team may be chosen for a second chance at victory. continue dividing the winning team up after each round until a winner is crowned. for additional fun buy a really crappy plastic crown and hold a mini coronation ceremony.
Have fun lady loves!
